Pumpkin Patch Fun 2009

Our trip to the pumpkin patch where the kids had a blast looking for that perfect pumpkin!! Gabriel was hamming it up to the camera (with only a little bribery)! The weather was great and both boys love going to this pumpkin patch every year with our friends!

1st Grade thinks PINK

Our school supports Breast Cancer awareness- we had a contest on which team showed the most spirit! We won!

Our Halloween decorations

We did a great job this year decorating the house. Jaime put up orange lights around the door, cob webs & spiders in the bushes. Our big orange pumpkin greets all of our guests. The boys have their pumpkins in the windows.

Kingwood HS Football game!

We took the boys to my high school football game..Kingwood vs Humble is a big rivalary. It was homecoming for Kingwood, so it was going to be a fun game with all the kids dressed in their best! The boys had a great time, though Nicholas was passed out by halftime. Gabriel was happy just eating the ca-corn (popcorn), nachos and soda!

Visit to Gigi's house!

We visited Gigi & Papa D in early October to meet our new cousins from Michigan. While we were there, Papa D took us to a pumpkin patch. Then to a new park where we played hide & go see with daddy! Poor Jaime was pooped!!

We bought the boys pumpkins & they drew faces on them. Papa Mike came over and our Aunt Emily. We had a great time visiting with them and playing games with Emily.

I'm in 1st grade now!

Nicholas started 1st grade at Pine Forest Elem. on monday. He has a wonderful teacher named Mrs. Paulhus. He came home the first day saying it was the "coolest" day ever! He loves his teacher, his classroom, friends and has even made a new best friend. He has been reading each night and really enjoying it!! Mom is proud and so happy with his new transition back to school! Our summer was a blast, but now it is GO time!!

Another lost tooth!

Nicholas has had a wiggly tooth for about 2 months now...and after some minor rough play with his brother, the tooth fell out today!!

Yeah! This is a GREAT way to start his 1st grade year!!
