Gabriel's swim lessons

Gabriel had two swim lessons with Ms. Deb. He learned how to blow bubbles, practice his kicking and stick his face in the water! He has been practicing this all summer!!

Visit w/ cousins in AUSTIN

For Father's Day, we took a trip to Austin to meet our new niece/cousin, Natalie Jo. We spent the day with Mackenzie & Uncle Bo at a waterpark with a splashpad, lazy river and two waterslides!

Papa was there to enjoy the action (and the shade) and the kids had a wonderful time!

Then on Sunday, we celebrated Natalie Jo's baptism. She was so beautiful and did a wonderful job during the ceremony. Aunt Maggie joined in the festivities and then we went back to the Davenports for a fun family gathering. The weekend was fun & we enjoyed our time with the Beemans!

Our DAY-cation to Blue Bell Creamery

Jaime had the day off, so we decided to take the boys on a day-cation to the Blue Bell cremery in Brenham, TX. This was their first visit and they had so much fun! The tour was great and we learned all about how to make the ice cream and how it was packaged. Of course the best part, was the free scoop of ice cream at the end! After the tour , we ate at a cute little sandwich shoppe, called Must Be Heaven! Nicholas bragged about his turkey sandwich all day!! Yum!

Next off to the Blue Bell Aquatic Center where we slide down a huge waterslide and splashed around for a few hours.

Trip back home was a quiet one, as the boys were tuckered out!! It was a great day!!

Gabriel's 3rd bday

Gabriel had a great Buzz Lightyear bday! He had been talking about this birthday for a loooonnngg time!! We had pizza, juice, a moonwalk and of course cupcakes!! He had many friends & family come and celebrate this wonderful day! We love you big boy!

Independence Day!!

We went to our annual parade with our friends to watch firetrucks, horses, the cute cheerleaders and collect a bunch of candy! It was getting warm quick, but the kids didn't mind it at all.

Nick & Gabe enjoyed the parade and then over to our friends house for a BBQ and swim! It was a nice and relaxing day (mostly because Jaime was home) and ended the evening watching fireworks in Towne Center! Happy 4th!
